If you use GoldMine Business Contact Manager 6.0 or an earlier version of GoldMine, you can upgrade to the latest version of GoldMine Business Contact Manager (Version 6.0) by subscribing to the Upgrade Protection Program (UPP).

UPP provides you with an upgrade to the most current version as well as access to future upgrades for 1 year.

UPP can be purchased directly from FrontRange or from Plateau.  By purchasing UPP from Plateau, you will receive free web and e-mail support, free telephone support benefits for basic issues, and reduced fee structure for advanced and on-site issues.

The GoldMine UPP pricing matrix below does not include tax or installation.  UPP upgrades are launched through GoldMine and do not require installation services by Plateau.  However, upgrade installation services are available and recommended if you are moving servers, adding users, or changing your sync configuration.  It is also recommended if you do NOT have a broadbrand service like DSL or cable.

Q:  How do I determine how many licenses I need?  

A:  Select Help-About in GoldMine and check your license number.  Your licenses number will read something like D-xxxx-yyyyyyyy.  The xxxx is the number of licenses you have and the number of UPP seats you need to purchase.

Q:  How complicated is it to upgrade? 

A:  It's easy.  Shortly after you place your order with Plateau, we'll provide you with an access code that you will enter when you select Help - Update GoldMine from GoldMine.  The Update GoldMine feature will download the latest version and the installation process will begin.  Your GoldSync users will also need to upgrade on their own or you will need to upgrade their laptops for them.  Contact us for more information.
