Following is a list of questions you may want to ask yourself if you are considering CRM software or evaluating consulting services.  


What will my team do with this?  What activities do you want your staff to perform using the system?  Complete and record activities and notes?  Mass mail?  Mass e-mail?  What type of information do you need in a marketing database?  What information do you want to capture from prospects when marketing?

What you "want to do" will drive the design.  Design the system before roll-out to keep frustrations at a minimum.
