Our clients receive free telephone, web, and e-mail support for the most common issues!

We offer these free support options for two simple reasons:

1.  We believe that a properly implemented and administered system needs a minimum amount of support.

2.   If we sell and install something according to our specifications, then it will be properly implemented and administered and we should stand behind it.

Q:  Why do you offer free support?  

A:  Because if you have a question, we want you to call. 

Q:  Is all support free?  

A:  Support for the most common issues is free, whether you contact us by phone (419-787-8487), e-mail, or web.  While web and e-mail support is always free, there is no free telephone support for advanced synchronization, report design, or database customization issues.

Q:  What is NOT included in the free telephone support?  

A:  Free telephone support is offered to help you resolve unexpected issues you may encounter.  If you have questions about setting up a sync site, moving a server, designing a report, or customizing a database, those questions will be answered at our discretion.  If you require assistance completing those tasks, we'll be happy to help at a reduced rate, or you can reference one of our many technical documents or the FrontRange manuals.  To be blunt, we offer free support primarily to provide you with immediate solutions to problems, and to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need to complete the tasks you need or want to perform.  We're not an on-call system administrator, but if we need to help you with those tasks, we'll be happy to do so at a reduced rate.

Q:  I'm already a client - how do I qualify for free support?  

A:  If you are a client, you already do.  Please call us for your login ID.

Q:  I'm NOT a client, but own GoldMine - how do I qualify for free support?

A:  If you are NOT a client, but are looking to establish a relationship with a new GoldMine VAR, please contact us.

Q:  I'm going to be a new client - how do I qualify for free support?

A:  Clients that purchase software through Plateau and contract with Plateau for installation are eligible for free support.  Contact us for details.
